Regular, good-looking posts on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn without it eating your evenings — either I run it for you each month, or I set up a system that mostly runs itself.

Most small business owners know they should be posting. The problem is finding something to say, making it look decent, and remembering to do it every week on top of the actual job. So it happens in bursts, then stops for three months.

Customers notice. An Instagram that went quiet in March or a Facebook page with last year's opening hours makes people wonder whether you're still trading. A steady rhythm of good posts does the opposite: it keeps you in mind and gives people a reason to get in touch.

I offer two ways to fix it. I can run it for you each month, or I can build you a system so posting takes minutes and largely runs itself. Either way, it looks like your brand and sounds like you.

Two ways to do it

Starting prices
01

Done for you

I run it, you approve it
from £350/month

Each month I plan, design, write and schedule your posts, keep an eye on comments and messages, and send a short note on what's working. You spend ten minutes approving the plan instead of every evening wondering what to post.

  • Facebook & Instagram
  • 12 designed posts a month
  • Captions, hashtags & scheduling
  • Replies to comments on weekdays
  • Plain-English monthly report
  • One month's notice, any time

Set up once

A system you run yourself
from £450

For businesses that would rather keep it in-house. I build the whole system once — so posting takes minutes, not hours — then hand it over with training and notes.

  • Accounts connected to a scheduling tool
  • Branded post templates you can edit
  • A three-month content plan
  • Automations: new website content, reviews and reminders turned into posts
  • One-hour training & written notes

The same system I use for my own business. Plesner Studio's Facebook and Instagram posts are planned a month ahead and published automatically. You can follow along and see exactly what you'd be getting.

Questions

Straight answers

Which platforms do you cover?

Facebook and Instagram as standard, with LinkedIn and Google Business Profile posts available too. I'll be honest if a platform isn't worth your time — most local businesses do better on two platforms done well than five done badly.

Do I have to hand over my passwords?

No. You add me as a manager through Meta Business Suite or your LinkedIn page settings. You keep full ownership of every account and can remove my access at any time.

Is there a contract?

Management is month to month with one month's notice — no 12-month lock-in. The set-up is a one-off fixed price agreed before I start.

Where do the photos and graphics come from?

I design branded graphics for you, and I'll tell you exactly which quick photos to take on your phone — real photos of your work and your team always beat stock images.

Do you use AI to write the posts?

AI helps with ideas and first drafts, but every post is written and checked by me, and in the first month you approve each one before it goes out. Nothing generic, and nothing posted in your name that you haven't seen the style of.

Can you run paid ads as well?

Yes, as an add-on quoted separately. The ad spend is paid directly by you to Meta or LinkedIn, so you always see exactly where the money goes.

Let's get you posting.

Tell me about your business and which platforms you use, and I'll come back with an honest view of what's worth doing — usually within a day.
