AI
automation
Practical AI that takes the repetitive work off your plate — answering enquiries, sorting email, pulling data out of documents and keeping your systems in step — set up by one person who explains it in plain English.
Most small businesses don't need an “AI strategy”. They need the same twenty minutes of copying, pasting and replying to stop eating every morning. That's where automation pays for itself.
I look at how work actually moves through your business — enquiries, quotes, bookings, invoices, follow-ups — find the steps a machine can do reliably, and connect the tools you already use so it happens on its own. Where AI genuinely helps, I use it. Where a simple rule does the job better, I use that instead.
Everything is built so a person stays in control: you can see what ran, check what it did, and switch it off. No black boxes and no lock-in.
What I can automate
ExamplesEnquiries & leads
New enquiries sorted, summarised and logged automatically, with a suggested reply drafted so you can answer in seconds rather than hours.
Email & admin triage
Incoming mail labelled and routed, invoices and receipts filed, reminders sent — the routine handled before you open your laptop.
Documents & data entry
Details pulled out of PDFs, forms and emails and put where they belong — your spreadsheet, CRM or accounts — without retyping.
Assistants on your own information
A chat assistant for your website or team that answers from your own policies, prices and FAQs — and says so when it doesn't know.
Reports that write themselves
Weekly numbers gathered from your tools and summarised in plain English, delivered to your inbox.
Connecting your tools
Website forms, email, calendars, spreadsheets, CRMs and accounting software talking to each other instead of through you.
How it works
Fixed price, upfrontMap the work
A call to walk through where the time goes. I'll point out what's worth automating — and what isn't.
Fixed proposal
A clear scope and a fixed price in writing, with the time it should save spelled out honestly.
Build & test
I set it up on your real tools, test it on real examples, and keep you in the loop before anything goes live.
Hand over
Plain-English notes on what runs where, and how to pause or change it. Ongoing support available if you want it.
Questions
Straight answersIs my data safe?
Data protection is part of the design, not an afterthought. I'll explain exactly which services see which data, keep personal information to the minimum needed, and use business-grade accounts and settings that don't train on your data where that option exists. Anything sensitive stays out of automation unless you're comfortable with how it's handled.
Will it replace my staff?
That's rarely the point. The aim is to take the repetitive work off the people you already have so they can spend time on customers and the work only they can do.
What does it cost?
It depends on what's being connected, so each job is scoped and quoted as a fixed price after a free call — the same way I price websites. Small, single automations are often a modest one-off cost; I'll tell you upfront if something isn't worth automating.
Do I need to change the software I use?
Usually not. Most of the work is connecting the tools you already have. If something genuinely gets in the way, I'll explain the options and let you decide.
